Yes. Once we've done the on-site visit and agreed on scope, the price is locked in writing. The only time it changes is if you change your mind about the work — and even then, you approve every adjustment before we lift a finger.
We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours and can usually book your free on-site visit that same week. Actual start dates depend on scope and permits, but we'll give you a real timeline up front — not a hopeful one.
We do. We pull the permits in our name and coordinate with the city so you're never the one chasing paperwork or standing in line at the building department.
